StudioCloud offers live chat, email, and trouble ticket support for paying subscribers.
Email and trouble ticket support is available Monday through Friday 8 am to 5 pm MST except during US holidays.
Live chat support is available Monday through Friday 9 am to 3 pm MST except during US and Utah holidays.
If an issue can not be resolved by email/trouble ticket or live chat then a screenshare and a phone call will be scheduled to resolve the issue.
