How Do I Cancel My Subscription?
To cancel your subscription please see the instructions below about how to stop your subscription auto-renewal.
Once your subscription has expired your account will be automatically downgraded to a free account.
How Do I Stop My Subscription Auto-Renewal?
Send an email to support@studiocloud.com stating that you would like to cancel your subscription auto-renewal.
Subscriptions Are Non-Refundable
Subscriptions are non-refundable. You must stop your subscription auto-renewal at least two (02) business days before the next billing cycle. If you choose this option, your StudioCloud account will automatically be downgraded to a free StudioCloud account at the end of your subscription. Any amounts paid prior to you ending your subscription auto-renewal will not be refunded.
