Cancellation Policy

How do I cancel my subscription?

To cancel your subscription, please open StudioCloud and login. Once you have logged in go to Settings, Billing, Account Information and click on the "Stop Auto-Renew" button.

Note: If you are a customer prior to January 9th, 2010 you will need to email cancel@studiocloud.com stating that you would like to cancel. Please include your name, your studios name, and any suggestions/feedback that you would like to give on how we can improve StudioCloud.

Monthly Subscriptions

Monthly Renewing Subscriptions are non-refundable. You must cancel your monthly membership at least two (02) business days before the next billing cycle. If you choose this option, your subscription will expire 30 days from the last payment. Any amounts paid prior to your cancellation will not be refunded.

Semi-Annual and Annual Subscriptions

Semi-annual and annual subscriptions are only refundable if canceled within thirty (30) days after the last billing cycle. The subscription will be refunded minus a thirty ($30) US Dollar administrative and transaction fee. If you do not cancel within the thirty (30) days after the last billing cycle your semi-annual or annual subscription is non-refundable. You must cancel at least two (02) business days before the next billing cycle to not be charged the thirty ($30) US Dollar administrative and transaction fee.
