How Do I Stop My Subscription Auto-Renewal?

Monthly Subscriptions

Monthly Renewing Subscriptions are non-refundable. You must stop your subscription auto-renewal at least two (02) business days before the next billing cycle. If you choose this option, your subscription will expire 30 days from the last payment. Any amounts paid prior to you ending your auto-renewal will not be refunded.

Semi-Annual and Annual Subscriptions

Semi-annual and annual subscriptions are only refundable if canceled within thirty (30) days after the last billing cycle. The subscription will be refunded minus a thirty ($30) US Dollar administrative and transaction fee. If you do not cancel within the thirty (30) days after the last billing cycle your semi-annual or annual subscription is non-refundable. You must cancel at least two (02) business days before the next billing cycle to not be charged the thirty ($30) US Dollar administrative and transaction fee.
