Is my client information safe with web-based software??
The security of your personal information is a high priority at StudioCloud. StudioCloud uses the same protocols used by international banks and securities firms in their transactions. Your data is held on the same servers that host Amazon's data. StudioCloud is committed to providing all reasonable and appropriate industry standard security controls to protect StudioCloud's products and your information against foreseeable hazards. In addition, we will never rent or sell your or your client's personal information. Refer to our Security Statement for more information.

Can my customers purchase their photos online?
Yes, StudioCloud's Online Gallery software offers this functionality although, at this time, StudioCloud does not process credit credit cards. It is the responsibility of the photography studio to process each credit card.

Can I access my business data offline?
StudioCloud provides the Offline Reader program which allows you to view your information offline. Learn more about Offline Reader here

Sharing information with QuickBooks?
The Basic Suite and Professional Suite support exporting to Quicken, QuickBooks, Microsoft Money, and Microsoft Accounting.

How do I transfer my current data into StudioCloud?
Transferring your data into StudioCloud can be a simple process or a complicated one depending on your data. Please email support@studiocloud.com for more information regarding this.

Do you have invoicing or Point of Sale (PoS) software?
Yes, StudioCloud's Basic Suite, Professional Suite, PSG, and On-Location all come with invoicing functionality.

Do you have accounting software?
Yes, StudioCloud's Basic Suite and Professional Suite come with basic accounting functionality.

Do you have online photography scheduling software?
Yes, StudioCloud's Basic Suite, Professional Suite, and On-Location come with scheduling software.

What is web based software?
Web based software runs over the internet and doesn't require any software to be installed. Our software does require the Adobe Flash plugin however over 90% of browsers come with it preinstalled.

What do I need to run StudioCloud?
StudioCloud requires an internet browser, such as Internet Explorer or Firefox, and Adobe's Flash plugin. Over 90% of browsers come preinstalled with the Flash plugin.

Integrated point of sale, proofing, and sales gallery program
Yes, StudioCloud's software has a proofing and sales program called PSG which lets the customer order their pictures in the studio. Because the proofing and sales program is integrated with the point of sale program the order is immediately added to StudioCloud's Basic Suite and Professional Suite.
