Your new software works anytime, anywhere

StudioCloud Point of Sale is one of its most valuable components. This part of the program allows a photographer to create an invoice with information already entered earlier in the process. Products and session fees easily drag and drop into the invoice creation area and taxes are automatically figured.


If you need to make a change from what is standard – no problem, StudioCloud Point of Sale allows you to easily edit the invoice and make corrections where you are. Included are areas that allow you to enter notes specific to a line item or a note for the invoice in general. Furthermore, you have the option of printing the notes to the customer’s copy.




Point of Sale also tracks customer payment amounts, method of payment and date of transaction. The look of your invoice states you are professional and StudioCloud Basic allows you to upload your company logo and/or change the symbol of currency (if desired). Furthermore, when you complete the invoice you can either print it, email it, or both! StudioCloud Basic’s invoices reflect the professional you are.

Finally, StudioCloud Point of Sale integrates with the entire program, so your days of double-entry are over. Creating invoices are a snap when fields are pre-populated from other areas of the program, and payment details are easily attached to other areas of the program, so you constantly view the client as a whole, not just a snapshot of a small part.
