StudioCloud Calendar allows you to capture valuable information at the time the appointment is scheduled. This information is then transferred to other parts of the program so you won’t, for example, be entering the same information while producing an invoice.

The program also allows the photographer to color code appointments for an easy at-a-glance experience. Sorting/filter capabilities also allow the photographer to view schedules by session types. The appointments are easily edited and the data produced allows StudioCloud to tell you exactly how much you made per hour doing what kind of work so you can maximize what makes the most for you.
